_MAKE SOME NOISE
NOISE MAKER / MAKE SOME NOISE, MAKE SURE EVERYONES CAN HEAR THAT YOU ARE THERE
Protest dont have to be loud, but if you want it to be, then it better be as loud as possible. The design uses wash detergent bottles and a balloon to make a loud and perfectly annoying sound. Thanks to the little cup inside the cap this can be made quickly with minimum effort. The bottle acts as a horn when you slice the end off.

_MAKE SOME NOISE
Cut away the bottom of the bottle with a box knife and discard it.
Drill 7 mm whole though first layer of cap. Make sure not to drill through inner measuring cup also.
Fasten balloon in place using a rubber band.
Cut away top of cap and shorten inner measuring cup to 5 millimetres above opening. Discard pieces you cut away.
Cut the neck off a balloon and stetch it tightly over measuring cup side of cap.
Apply hot glue around neck of bottle and cap. Insert cap upside down back into bottle. make sure it is airt tight.
